One of the worst Pilots I've been to. The store wasnt stocked well, the fountain drinks were unavailable, and the staff was exceptionally rude.

7-9-26 @ 1:05am lady behind the register and gentlemen manager (only two ppl in a shift) were beyond friendly and kind it is a shame that there’s lack of staffing so ppl like these two would naturally feel undervalued. With lady being new hire in training, MGR was left to clean showers, train the trainee and still had time to be very friendly. PILOT take care of ppl like this - or they will go elsewhere who will appreciate them. KUDOS TO BOTH!
